It is not common for candidates to request to see their interview scorecard. Interview scorecards are typically used internally by interviewers or interviewing committees to rate and compare candidates . However, a candidate may request feedback on their interview performance, which could include information from their interview scorecard.
Here is a template email you can use to request an interview scorecard and feedback.
Dear [Interviewer's Name],
Thank you for taking the time to interview me for the [Position] role at [Company] on [Date]. I appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the position and your organization.
I am writing to request feedback on my interview performance. I am always looking for ways to improve and would appreciate any insights you could provide on my strengths and areas for improvement. If possible, I would also like to see my interview scorecard.
Thank you again for considering me for the position. I look forward to hearing back from you.
