We require a deadline-oriented Assistant Construction Superintendent to assist with our project and serve as a liaison between different project parties. The on-site construction team will be led and managed by the construction superintendent, who will also keep an eye on all work being done.   • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an assistant construction superintendent 
  • Excel and Word proficiency and Microsoft Office suites
  • Proficient in CAE and CAD applications, as well as scheduling software
  • Capable of taking and uploading digital pictures
  • Developed effective project management skills
  • The ability to operate heavy machinery and lift 40 pounds
  • The capacity to comprehend and construct in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and other documents
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
