Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive environmental health and safety programs, policies, and procedures to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and accidents.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Coordinate and provide training to employees on safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials, use of personal protective equipment, emergency preparedness, and other safety-related topics.
  4. Investigate and analyze incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
