Job brief

We are in search of a UI Engineer responsible for the design and implementation of rich and user-driven interfaces for {your product here (e.g. web, mobile applications,...)}. The candidate should be passionate about the front-end user experience and have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and elegant designs. You will be working closely with product leads, designers and the technology team to develop aesthetic and functional application features that meet the end user’s needs and create an amazing experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with peers on design requirements and features and UI interactions.
Design, implement and maintain UI designs.
Instrument, maintain, and analyze tracking metrics within the application to identify pain points and guide improvements.
Design and build prototypes that implement user feedback.
Optimize designs for maximum scalability and speed.
Harmonize user experience through the consolidation of reusable components.
Participate in the design of UI processes and tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools.
Advocate for great usability and best practices.

Requirements

Love for creating polished interactive user experiences
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent, or relevant work experience
x+ years of experience developing interfaces
Strong working knowledge of {required coding and technical knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, CSS, HTML,...)}
Familiarity with version control (Git)
