I. Introduction
This policy outlines the emergency procedures to be followed in the event of a fire at our premises. The primary objective is to ensure the safety of all employees, visitors, and property.
II. Emergency Procedure
A. Evacuation
1. In the event of a fire, immediately evacuate the building by the nearest exit.
2. Do not use elevators during a fire emergency.
3. Once outside, move to a clear area away from the building and await further instructions.
B. Activating the Alarm
1. If you discover a fire, immediately pull the nearest fire alarm to alert others and summon the fire department.
2. Call 911 to report the fire and provide the following information:
Your name and location
The type of fire
Any injuries
C. Fire Extinguisher Use
1. Only trained individuals are authorized to use fire extinguishers.
2. If a fire is small and contained, use a fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire if it is safe to do so.
D. Reporting the Fire
All employees must report the fire to their supervisor or designated person as soon as possible.

III. Fire Safety
