Soft Skills Interview Questions:

  • How do you explain IT security issues to non-technical people?
  • How do you prefer to build rapport with others?
  • Describe a time when you had to be careful talking about sensitive information. How did you do it?
  • How do you organize, plan, and prioritize your tasks?
  • Walk me through the time when you were thinking outside the box. How did it change your team or the organization?


Finding a security architect with experience in information security and IT risk assessment is fantastic. Candidates that are able to with a wide variety of people are a bonus.
