We are in search of a skilled Construction Project Manager to add to our team! In this position, you will be regularly working with architects and engineers to plan and see a construction project through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in all planning processes of a project.
  • Ensure that all needed licenses and permits are obtained before construction begins.
  • Coordinate with workers and contractors to ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
  • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the needed labor and materials can be procured within the set budget.
  • Aid in the hiring of needed labor to complete the project.
  • Ensure that the job site remains a safe work environment for all workers.

Requirements

  • Past work experience as a construction manager is strongly preferred
  • A BS in a related field is required
  • In-depth knowledge of a variety of construction methods and practices
  • Up-to-date knowledge of all rules and regulations as they apply to construction
  • Excellent planner
  • Able to look forward to mitigating risks and crisis
  • Must be a strong leader and communicator
  • Must possess superb time management and planning skills
