  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the department.
  • Participate at various conventions, trade shows, conferences.
  • Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Analyze data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Oversee hiring and training for the marketing department.
  • Make sure that administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports in a timely manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Proven prior experience in a similar position is required
  • Must have experience in running marketing campaigns
  • CMS software proficiency
  • Experienced with SEO and social media strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
