What Is It?

What To Include?

An Employee Work Rules form should include the following key elements:

  6. Health and safety policies, including expectations for following safety procedures, reporting accidents and incidents, and emergency procedures.
  7. Miscellaneous policies, such as smoking, telecommuting, and other policies that are specific to the company and its culture.

This agreement is binding and enforceable under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
