Job brief

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Project Manager. You will be responsible for aiding our Project Managers as they oversee the completion of our clients' projects.

Responsibilities

Check in frequently on team members' progress on projects and report to your Project Manager.
Perform any needed research to complete the project.
Provide help with any client communication and scheduling needs.
Perform basic office and administrative tasks for our Project Managers.
Complete all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required
Must be highly organized
Must pay close attention to detail
Must be able to coordinate schedules and project details
Must be able to create accurate budgets and timeframes for projects
Must be confident using basic computer programs
Must possess excellent people and conversational skills and be a strong team leader
Must be an excellent communicator
