We are seeking a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to design new clothing lines. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess a deep understanding of fashion trends, and can execute for and deliver results with pre-planned timelines.


  • Monitor and manage the design process from ideation through to final styling.
  • Assure the product is in alignment with the business strategy and vision.
  • Coordinate with team members to make edits to clothing lines, select seasonal themes, and craft new concepts.
  • Deciding on trims and fabrics.
  • Develop production sketches.
  • Perform market research to determine new trends, techniques, fabrics, and design inspiration.
  • Review and evaluate products for style and fitting during demonstrations.
  • Select fabrics and styles for each garment.
  • Get samples of fabric by visiting manufacturers or trade shows.


  • Bachelor’s in fashion or design
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Competent in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office
  • Creative design, sketching, and artistic skills
  • Good communication skills to explain their ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding ability to pick out style and color
