The successful candidate will be responsible for traveling to various locations to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on our products and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

Field Service Technician responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and product issues on-site or remotely.
• Install and configure new products and equipment at various customer locations.
• Conduct routine maintenance and quality checks to ensure equipment and products are operating at optimal levels.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all service requests are fulfilled and customers' needs are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certification or degree preferred
• Proven experience in field service technician role or equivalent, with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while in the field• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Flexibility to travel as needed, including overnight stays
