Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative and design teams to ensure artwork files meet printing and production specifications.
• Prepare and finalize digital and print materials for production, including pre-flight processing, formatting, and optimization.
• Ensure the accuracy of color proofs and press checks and adjust digital files as necessary.
• Ensure the consistency of branding elements across all marketing collateral.
• Manage and monitor the production schedule to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot production issues as they arise, including file corruption, missing fonts or images, or digital file errors.
• Maintain various files for production, such as logos, images, and templates.
• Maintain and update information in our production database.

Required skills

• Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of production methods, such as offset and digital printing, and file optimization for web and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of color accuracy and management.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, production, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a production artist in a design-related field.
• Experience with printing and production processes, including pre-flight processing, digital file optimization, and color calibration.
• Strong portfolio showcasing technical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design a plus.
• Knowledge of project management software a plus.
