We are searching for a driven regional director who will be in charge of hiring and developing qualified people. Maintaining a budget established for the region is one of the duties of the regional director. This involves approving lower management's expenditures and, if necessary, requesting extra funding. To increase sales and guarantee the highest level of profitability, you should be able to put creative strategies into action.

You must be able to help the business meet its financial goals if you want to succeed as a regional director. The ability to establish and maintain trusting working relationships with all departments is a quality trait in a regional director.

Responsibilities

  • Putting in place a cutting-edge marketing plan.
  • Reducing expenses to increase revenue.
  • Establishing and maintaining ties with suppliers.
  • Reporting on the company's performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Guiding and educating sales teams to reach their objectives.
  • Maintain a constant line of communication with the general managers of each country to ensure that the company's service and customer service standards are being met.
  • Set productivity and quality benchmarks for dispatch teams to include responsibility, enhance customer service and develop targeted objectives.
  • Oversee the ongoing efforts to strengthen the policies, practices, and operational standards relating to asset protection.
  • Maintained executive control over the business unit's administrative processes, including hiring, billing, benefits, reporting, and payroll.
  • Identifying and fixing issues with staff performance.
  • Gaining a detailed knowledge of the company's products as well as those of competitors.
  • Identifying issues with the operation of the firm and developing workable remedies.
  • Selecting, assessing, and approving market expansion possibilities in collaboration with departmental teams.

Requirements

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Must be an Accounting expert
  • A senior management position with demonstrated experience
  • An established track record of exceeding financial goals
  • The capacity to make important choices under duress
  • Outstanding organizing abilities
  • Strong communication abilities
