Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales deals to exceed monthly targets. They will be passionate about sales, driven, competitive and confident in their ability to sell our products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building relationships with clients. They should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showing the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, achieving sales targets and generating revenue for the company.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, continuously improving personal performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company database.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and network with potential clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the company to clients and the public.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, motivated, and driven to succeed in a sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in using CRM systems and sales databases
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to attend events and meetings
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
