Job brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve managing schedules and coordinating appointments for multiple departments within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various departments and staff members.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary parties are invited and prepared.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unexpected events.
  • Communicate schedule changes to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all appointments are properly documented and recorded in company databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure schedules align with overall company goals.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient and effective scheduling processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Capability to manage competing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling software
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
