We are seeking a passionate, driven and client-focused Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team, the ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience working within a staffing agency setting and is adaptable and able to complete the organization and fulfillment of required recruitment. The focus of the role is to provide the company with the staffing solutions they need, as well as candidate management and liaising with external staffing agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business.
  • Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
  • Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
  • Collaborate with external recruiters to help fill open positions within the business.
  • Arrange and schedule interviews where required and sit in on them if required.
  • Create and develop effective onboarding paperwork and input new starter information into the ATS system and maintain those records.
  • Obtain identification and right to work documents from potential employees.
  • Liaise with the HR team to get background checks on new hires completed in a timely manner.
  • Work on social media networks to contact relevant candidates who may suitable for open roles.
  • Assist with inductions and orientations and hold sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure new hires have a good background of the company before they start and be present on the first days to welcome in new hires and introduce them to other team members.
  • Assist with managing job budgets and coordinating the advert spend effectively.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or above in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience and education
  • Previous experience using ATS systems or other recruitment software
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
  • Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
