Job brief

We value the comfort and safety of our clients and employees. That’s why we need a skilled Building Superintendent to manage the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities!

Responsibilities

Build a team of skilled handymen and women to handle the everyday care of our facilities.
Hire new team members as needed.
Budget for and stay within the budget designated for maintenance and upkeep.
Plan and budget for any large repairs that you are aware of.
Ensure the building is always clean and tidy.
Hire subcontractors as needed in regards to electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, etc.
Ensure our facilities are compliant with local codes and safety laws.

Requirements

Must possess a High School degree or equivalent
Previous maintenance work is strongly desired
Must possess basic handyman skills
Must have a keen eye for detail
Must be a strong team leader and team player
Must possess excellent people skills
Must be incredibly organized and able to multitask
Must be able to coordinate schedules
