The AI Interviewer expanded Manatal’s native AI capabilities by bringing scalable, first-round screening directly into the hiring workflow. Recruiters can send a single interview link, allowing candidates to respond on their own schedule, thereby eliminating time zone challenges and the need for back-and-forth scheduling. You can customize your questions or create them automatically from the job description. The control is always at your fingertips, with the AI Interviewer ready to work 24/7.
Recruiters get instant access to recordings, transcripts, and concise assessment summaries. The result is faster screening, better signal beyond résumés, and more time spent with the candidates who matter most.
Your Meetings Transcribed and Organized: AI Notetaker

The AI Notetaker was introduced to address one of the most common pain points in recruitment: the manual note-taking required during interviews and calls. Integrated with Google and Microsoft calendars, it automatically joins scheduled meetings, records the conversation, and generates full transcripts that are securely saved to the relevant candidate or contact profile. The AI Notetaker handles documentation from start to finish, allowing recruiters to stay fully present in conversations, capture every important detail, and turn meetings into structured, organized data in their account.
Data-Driven Shortlisting: AI Recommendation

For recruiters overwhelmed with candidate volume, Manatal’s AI Recommendation Engine redefines talent discovery by moving beyond manual searches and browsing.
The engine semantically understands job requirements to surface and rank the most relevant candidates from existing databases, complete with clear explanations behind each recommendation. Recruiters can define and add weight to their criteria, rediscover past applicants, and shortlist faster, making candidate discovery more accurate, transparent, and efficient than ever.

This feature blends traditional filters with intelligent semantic search so users can uncover relevant profiles even when keywords differ, helping them discover candidates who might otherwise be missed.
Results are ranked with relevance scores, so top matches rise to the surface, and users can combine filters like experience, location, and skills to refine results with control and clarity. Whether they are exploring broadly or zeroing in on specific criteria, AI Advanced Search helps them work more efficiently and confidently at every step of their talent search.
Seamless, Centralized Job Ads: My Own Contract

With My Own Contract, Manatal makes it easy for teams already working with multiple job boards to manage and publish jobs in one place.
With this feature, recruiters can now bring their existing job ad contracts across multiple job boards into Manatal and post and manage jobs without switching between platforms. Everything is managed centrally, jobs go live in just one click, and AI Smartfill helps pre-fill campaign details using the job description. All of this can then be tracked via built-in source tracking, which automatically shows where each application comes from, giving teams clearer insights and cutting down on manual tasks.
Your Job Page is Truly Yours: Advanced Career Page

Manatal’s Advanced Career Page is designed to strengthen employer branding while improving conversion. The new experience gives teams more control over job presentation and application data. Support for custom subdomains, flexible job-to-post linking, custom application fields, and refreshed templates with modern visual elements all come together to create a more tailored candidate journey and capture more applications.
MCP Server

With the introduction of the MCP Server, Manatal opened the door to a new way of working with recruitment data. The MCP Server connects live ATS data with AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini through Model Context Protocol.
This allows recruiters to interact with their data conversationally. Whether searching for candidates, generating summaries, drafting outreach, or updating records, everyday tasks can be handled through natural language, making AI a seamless, practical extension of Manatal rather than a separate tool.
Your Brand, Your Clients: Premium Guest Portal

The Premium Guest Portal gives teams a way to elevate collaboration with clients and partners through a fully branded external experience.
With this feature, users can tailor the guest portal to reflect their organization’s identity, such as adding a logo, brand colors, and a custom domain to make every interaction personalized and on-brand. It also allows for personalized, system-generated communication, including invitation and notification emails, so collaborators enjoy a cohesive experience from start to finish.
New Integrations

In addition to native features, Manatal continued to expand its ecosystem with integrations that give recruiters more flexibility and choice, while keeping everything connected inside the ATS.
- Alpharun (AI Interviewing):** AI-led voice interviews triggered from the pipeline to assess skills, language, and retention risk at scale.
- Xobin (Assessment Platform):** Launch technical, cognitive, and psychometric assessments with AI proctoring and automated results synced to Manatal.
- Hireflix (Asynchronous Video Interviews):** Send one-way video interview questions and review, rate, and collaborate on responses asynchronously.
- Screenify (Automated AI Screening):** Run skills-first, AI-driven screening interviews with structured scores, feedback, and transcripts in Manatal.
- Quil (AI Notetaking & Documentation):** Automatically capture interview notes, update candidate records, and generate standardized submittals.
- Job Boards (My Own Contracts): Connect existing job board contracts and publish jobs with one click while centralizing posting and source tracking.

This year marked another key milestone for Manatal’s recruitment platform: over 874,000 candidates have been hired using Manatal’s sourcing tools by 218,000 recruiters across 140+ countries.

In 2025, the Manatal recruitment community grew to over 45,000 recruiters following us on LinkedIn alone. The All-In-Recruitment podcast released its 151st episode, featuring recruitment thought leaders from global brands such as Stellantis, Mercer, Amazon, Danfoss, DKSH, Ford, and Riot Games, among many others. In 2026, we are building upon this rich library of insights from even bigger brands, deep dives on recruitment topics, and experiences from the best in the talent acquisition industry.
