Improve Candidate Experience with Reusable Profiles
Instead of starting from scratch for every role, candidates can create an account using a passwordless magic link sent directly to their email. Because no passwords are created or stored, the login process is entirely frictionless. Once logged in, candidates can manage their core profile details. They can update their experience, education, resume, and contact details to automatically prefill future applications on your career page.

Pro-tip: It is important to note that account creation remains completely optional. You will not lose applicants who prefer a quicker checkout, as candidates can still submit their applications as guests without creating an account.
Promote Internal Mobility with the Employee Portal
The Internal Employee Portal builds directly on the candidate login foundation to support your internal hiring pipeline. When a user creates an account using your pre-approved company domain email, the system automatically tags them as an internal candidate.

Once verified, these employees unlock an 'Internal Jobs' tab on their portal dashboard. This grants them exclusive access to view and apply for internal-only roles. Additionally, employees can utilize a native referral experience. They can refer external candidates for open roles and track the status of those referrals directly through their portal.
Control Internal Job Visibility
To support the employee portal, your recruitment team has complete control over who can see specific job postings. When creating or editing a job post, you can change the job visibility setting from public to internal. This ensures the role is only visible to internal candidates who are logged into the portal.
Internal job posts are completely hidden from external candidates. They are also excluded from all external distribution channels, meaning they will not be distributed to job boards or other sourcing channels. You can then link these internal job posts directly to your primary job record in Manatal, keeping all your applicant data centralized whether the hire comes from inside or outside the company.
