feature allows you to explore and access over 700 million candidates beyond your existing network directly within Manatal. This candidate database is entirely separate from your internal Manatal database, ensuring you are tapping into fresh talent pools.
Here is how you can pinpoint the exact talent you need:
- Start with core criteria: Navigate to the Sourcing Hub and use advanced search filters to find external candidates based on their specific skills and location. You can also filter by Job titles, Company, Years of experience, and Education.
- Target your search precisely: Niche roles require specific conditions. Modify your filters using the Contains modifier to include results that match a specific value, or Exclude to remove results containing a specific value. You can also use Exactly or Exclude exactly for strict, zero-compromise matching.
- Review and act: Sourcing Hub will return up to 100 profiles per search credit. Click on a profile to open a Quick View of their experience, education, and skills. Once you find a great match, select Create as Candidate to instantly add their profile to your internal database for further processing, or use bulk actions to add multiple candidates to a specific job folder.
